A beginners’ guide to nutrition and training

Its easy to become overloaded with conflicting information on nutrition and training. One thing is curtain, all cyclist should have a basic understanding of what is good for them.

The clubs site has drawn together information published by British Cycling and it is with their permission that 1st Chard Wheelers are able to provide access to expert information.

The training information provided is for the weekend warriors and not the competitive cyclist.
